Traveling Toolchest
Oftentimes, when visiting family, I want to work on small projects or tasks. Normally, I just throw everything into a softsided tool bag and call it good but it leads to unorganized (and potentially damaged!) tools at the other end of the trip. When I drive, I need a good, stout, compact tool chest that is flexible to hold tools that can be used to make dovetails on one trip and a bench the next.
Ideal Dimensions & Shape
Not too large, nor too small.
Packable. Portable. Rugged.
So, basically, no DTC and no Gent’s Toolchest. No fine fitted tool chest either.
